What this site collects

• Your email address, if you join the waitlist. That is the only thing you give us.
• Ordinary web request data that any website receives when you load it: your IP address, browser type, and the time of the request. Our host keeps this in short-lived operational logs.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and shows no advertising.

How we use it

Your email is used for one thing: to contact you about access to Hedge. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add it to anything else.

Who handles it

• Formspree receives waitlist submissions and stores them for us.
• Cloudflare hosts this site and keeps its request logs.
• Google Fonts serves the typeface on this page, which means your browser makes a request to Google when the page loads.

How long we keep it

Waitlist emails are kept until Hedge launches and invitations have gone out, or until you ask us to remove yours, whichever comes first.

Your choices

To be removed from the waitlist, reply to any email we send you and say so. If you live somewhere that gives you rights to access or delete your data, the same reply is how you use them.

Adults only

Hedge is for adults who are legally allowed to place sports bets where they live. This site is not directed to children.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it.
